Podcast/Broadcast Help
Podcasting is a form of internet radio where you can time-shift the media. Simply, that means you can download and listen to the show at your liesure, wherever and whenever you want.
To get the show, you can simply go to http://www.livekc.com/music/podcast.htm and download the shows in mp3 format. Once they are downloaded, you can burn them to a cd, put them on your mp3 player or put them on a minidisc to listen to.
You can download a program called ipodder, or another rss agregator to simplify the whole process. RSS aggregators, and ipodder automatically download the show and you can just listen whenever you want. All you need is the RSS links which are:

just copy and paste the above link in your RSS aggregator or ipodder and you will get the show automatically.
